It started with a simple question that kept coming up in every office Erblin Ribari worked in: why do the tools meant to make work easier always make it harder?
After years working in startups and organizations, he noticed the same problem everywhere. Teams used different systems for sales, finances, inventory, and communication, but nothing truly connected. Instead of helping, technology slowed people down.
“I had seen talented teams waste hours every day managing systems that slowed them down, and I knew there had to be a better way,” he says. That frustration became the starting point for Manaxo, a platform designed to bring everything together in one clear, reliable place.
From the start, Erblin worked closely with Granit Kallaba, Kujtim Vata, and Fitim Kryeziu, combining their technical, strategic, and creative strengths to shape what would become Manaxo.

“Many platforms try to do everything at once and end up creating more work for users. We took the opposite approach. We focused on simplicity, solving real problems, and creating a system that helps people get their work done with ease,” Erblin explains.

The earliest days of Manaxo were not easy. “The hardest part was the beginning. Starting something new means building trust from the ground up. We had the vision, the product, and the drive, but we still had to prove that what we were building worked,” Erblin says.
He recalls how every client, partnership, and opportunity came through long conversations, careful follow-up, and results that spoke for themselves.. It takes time for people to see your value, and in the early days, that patience can test you.”
By listening to feedback, improving quickly, and treating every client like their first, Manaxo built credibility and respect over time.

Manaxo’s approach to innovation focuses on solving real problems. “We did it because people were spending hours on repetitive work. Now the system reads documents, processes invoices, and updates records automatically. It takes care of what used to slow people down so they can focus on their customers and growth,” says Erblin.
Automation and artificial intelligence were integrated not to impress, but to remove friction and give business owners their time back.

Erblin’s Albanian heritage guides both his leadership style and the company culture. “Growing up in Kosovo teaches you to build even when resources are limited, to stay calm when things are uncertain, and to keep moving forward no matter how long it takes. You learn to rely on creativity, persistence, and patience instead of perfect conditions,” he explains.
The company’s culture reflects Albanian values of honesty, respect, and collective progress. “Albanians have a deep sense of loyalty and connection. We stand by one another and take pride in collective progress, not just personal success. That is how we run the company. We build relationships based on trust, treat people with respect, and always remember that success means more when it is shared.”

“Start with clarity and know exactly what problem you are solving and why it matters. That sense of purpose will guide you when things become difficult. Do not wait for perfect conditions, because they rarely exist. Start small, learn fast, and stay consistent. Progress may take time, but consistency always wins in the long run. Surround yourself with people who tell you the truth, not just what you want to hear. Be open to feedback, stay humble, and never stop learning. For Albanian-American entrepreneurs, remember that your background is a strength. You already know what resilience looks like. You have seen how much can be done with limited resources. That experience gives you perspective, focus, and discipline, the qualities that turn ideas into real success.”
