It started with a simple question that kept coming up in every office Erblin Ribari worked in: why do the tools meant to make work easier always make it harder?

We build relationships based on trust, treat people with respect, and always remember that success means more when it is shared.”

Surround yourself with people who tell you the truth, not just what you want to hear. Be open to feedback, stay humble, and never stop learning. For Albanian-American entrepreneurs, remember that your background is a strength. You already know what resilience looks like. You have seen how much can be done with limited resources.
