Like all immigrants who embark on a journey to achieve the American dream, Jimmy first started working long hours in the service industry. Having actually worked at One Pound before it was known as such, he set out to add a unique twist to the concept of a Philly cheesesteak by introducing a 2-foot long sandwich.

Jimmy grew up tasting the fresh resources that southern Albania has to offer. It was this experience that allowed him to infuse the concept of fresh ingredients from his home country with the beloved essence of Philly’s iconic cheesesteak. With a keen eye for detail and a heart rooted in tradition, his kitchen meticulously selects the most authentic and meticulously sourced toppings.
