Oligert’s journey began with a dream and the determination to realize it. Despite arriving in the U.S. without a business-oriented family background, he possessed a clear vision and an unwavering resolve. His cleaning company, Dust & Shine Cleaning Company, started with few employees and has since grown to employ 22 directly, with subcontracted families under his leadership.
