Yamas is founded by Oligert Gjuzi, who, after achieving success in other business ventures in
Philadelphia, embarked on this journey motivated by his passion for Mediterranean cuisine after living
for many years in Europe. He set out on a mission to bring the highest quality Mediterranean products
to the United States.
