The role of the Procurement Review Body (PRB) The Procurement Review Body (PRB) is an independent administrative body and is subject to the Law on Administration. As an administrative institution, the PRB makes final decisions regarding public procurement complaints. The decisions of this body are binding for all Contracting Authorities, i.e. all institutions of Kosovo. The parties dissatisfied with the decisions of the PRB, can turn to the Court to request a review of the decision but without postponing the execution of the PRB’s decision, namely the parties the aggrieved may seek damages or lost profits.
