The Public Procurement Regulatory Commission of Kosovo was established based on Article 81 of the Law on Public Procurement No. 2003/17, which entered into force on June 9, 2004, then amended by Regulation No. 2007/20.
The KRPP is an independent regulatory agency, which means that no public official may exercise or attempt to influence the KRPP with respect to any particular operational or regulatory decision of the KRPP.
