“Business” College, founded in 2004, is a private institution of higher education, therefore it is the Private Carrier of Higher Education (BPrAL) in Kosovo. The establishment of the “Business” College is based on Regulation no. 2003/04 for the promulgation of the Law on higher education, approved by the Assembly of Kosovo, and in the Administrative Instruction on the Licensing of Private Higher Education Providers in Kosovo, no. 14/2003.
“Business” College is licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, with Decision no. 464/10.
After complete technical preparations, recruitment of academic and administrative personnel, according to legal norms, the “Business” College has started work in the academic year 2005/06.
