“KAWA Group” is a fruitful and ambitious journey in the world of construction and business in Kosovo. Our beginning in 1981, in a village in the municipality of Suhareka, Sallagrazhdë, shows deep family roots and the desire for growth and success. The founder, Milazim Vataj, had previous experience in the construction industry in other countries such as Croatia and Switzerland, and this experience helped develop the company into a new dimension. Starting as a small family business, KAWA has broken down boundaries and grown tremendously over these three decades. One of our main goals was to become the best contractors for complex and high standard housing projects in Kosovo.
