Green Art Center – Prishtina (GAC) was established in 2013 with the aim of contributing to the sustainable development of art and design in a healthy and ecological environment, providing services for shaping our social identity through promoting and implementing ecological practices in the environment in which we live and operate.
This public awareness would be achieved through appropriate civic capacity buildings, education, information, vocational training and assistance to the masses of society in various projects.

Over the years GAC has proven its professional capacity in implementing lot of projects and hundreds of activities, where besides developing professional and managerial capacities as a cooperative and transparent organization it has also succeeded in acquiring professional competences in various fields, in particular in waste management, energy efficiency, empowerment of marginalized groups, development of sustainable plans and concepts, civic activism and the circular economy.
