The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports (FEFS) in Pristina started functioning in the academic year 1979/1980 as a public institution of Higher Education under the umbrella of the University of Pristina, focused mainly on the education of physical education teachers. as well as the proper education of the young people of Kosovo in various fields of physical education and sports.
It is worth mentioning that FEFS has been the leader of many great processes in physical education and sports for Kosovo, despite the challenges it faced during its operation.
