Buke Patisserie

BUKË Pâtisserie is  Buke Patisserie is the culmination of my lifelong passion for baking and creating pastries. I was born in Albania and spent my childhood surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of my homeland. My love for food grew stronger when I moved to Italy, where I specialized in culinary arts and deepened my appreciation for the craft.

My journey continued in the United States, but it was in Paris, at the renowned École Ducasse, where I truly honed my skills in French pastries. Now, through Buke Patisserie, I bring together the flavors, techniques, and traditions from my diverse journey, offering a collection of handcrafted treats made with love, and with the finest ingredients. BUKË means bread in Albanian , and it always reminds me of home. Growing up it was the word I’d use the most when I was hungry. BUKË is essential to every meal, something you cannot do without.
