Our story begins in the picturesque hills of Kosovo, where our founder, Baba spent a lifetime raising chickens and perfecting a hot chicken recipe that would become a cherished family secret.
Baba’s passion for his craft and the warmth of his farm kitchen left an indelible mark on his three grandsons, Leo, Pep, and Jim Osmanollaj. In the year 2000, these adventurous brothers crossed the Atlantic to pursue the American dream. Little did they know that, years later, they would unite their diverse skills and entrepreneurial spirit to turn Baba’s dream into reality.
The Osmanollaj brothers, now the proud owners of the M2O Group, have established themselves as culinary trailblazers with over eight successful restaurants across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. However, their journey began with a promise – a promise to their beloved grandfather (Baba). Every visit to Kosovo was a feast at Baba’s farm, where he would lovingly prepare his famous hot chicken for Leo, Pep, and Jim. The flavors were not just a taste of home but a connection to their heritage. It was these memories that fueled the brothers’ desire to share Baba’s iconic recipe with a wider audience.
