Overview

Artigiano opened its doors in February 2013, in one of the most popular areas in Tirana, at Libri Universitar, at the entrance to the Block. Very soon it became one of the most IN places in Tirana, visited mainly by young people and by those looking for a good pasta or a ‘vera pizza italiana’ baked in a wood oven.
Artigiano means artisan, craftsman, someone who makes things by hand according to tradition. Pastries, bread, olive oil, sweets, sauces, everything is prepared in an artisanal way, with dedication to tradition and a desire to evolve within it.
Fresh homemade pasta, and especially ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach and truffle sauce, fill our tables with happy customers every day. The wood-burning oven, from the first day it was opened, has been producing delicious pizzas that quickly became famous in the city. Pizza with mozzarella Burrata, pizza with Philadelphia and truffles, pizza with Nutella or even pizzas with new shapes (Pizza Stella, Mickey Mouse for children) are the pizzas that make customers travel with taste in Italy.
Italy is where we get not only our products (mozzarella and other cheeses, salami, flour and other ingredients) but also the inspiration for our recipes and the staff to prepare them. The menu changes based on the seasonality of the products, to bring to the table what we know how to do best: a delicious and real dish, a dish that goes straight to the heart!
