Overview
The Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade administers the business registration system since September 13, 2001. Based on the provisions of regulations 2001/6 and Administrative Order 2002/22, the Office of Registration of Business Enterprises and Trade Names of Kosovo was established.
